There shouldn’t be any liability on your part if Ebay said you were good to ship out. That would be on PayPal to reimburse you or to have the person return the watch. If the watch isn’t returned with verified tracking proof then the sale SHOULD stand and the funds should be released once the case is closed.
As far as th other listing with your watch on it...that’s another issue entirely.
