Vintage Heuer carrera Crown-tube size??? 60s ref. 3648s

Hi guys,

Could any of you tell me which size crown-tube and crown size is original to my Heuer Carrera 3648s (estimated year 64-69) Valjoux 92 movement.

Any help in concern to where I can get a new original og similar crown tube is very welcome.
