Looks correct to me...

The dial on a 73373 has a contrast tachy scale unlike this one so I would say definitely not a dial from the later economy cushion cased series.

Per OTD reference table (http://www.onthedash.com/docs/EconomyReferenceTable.html) , this looks to be a proper stainless steel 73323 case. The 'NT' reverse panda "noir tachy" dial is only listed with the chrome plated case 73321, but I have seen this and other variations.

Red chrono needle and striped H/M hands are all correct for the Valjoux 7733 / 7734 powered models (the earlier 7723 had the Valjoux 7730 movement and chrome tapered Carrera 1st execution hands - I have also seen and owned this with different dial configurations)
