10:10 = Happy Time ! ! !

yep -- in the world of watch photography, 10:10 is called "Happy Time", because people say that they look happier with the hands at 10:10. I suppose that 4:40 is "Sad Time", and hands are not symmetrical at that time, which makes them look even sadder.
