Looks strange in photos
In Response To: Released Today -- The Newest Homage to Carrera / Skipper ()

Has anyone seen these in person yet? In every photo I've seen so far, the color of the dial looks like a poorly overexposed photo print rather than any shade I've actually seen in life.

Regardless of how it looks in person though, based on my experience with the Hodinkee Skipper I find the movement quality of these watches to be disappointing at the prices asked.
