Orange accents...

Hello guys,

First teaser photo of this LE Australian Autavia looked so promising. Beautifull blue dial, orange central secs hand...Skipper-alike....

Black bezel...complete miss. Dial details in orange missing. It could have been so much better.

The one Ara has "designed"...would have been much better, TAG should have done a bit more efforts with this one.

Aged lume (or just superluminova), blue-ish bezel insert, orange accents on dial at the hour markers (NO orange lume please...reminds me too strong at the Bamfords), and some orange details in the minute register. In essence the Hodinkee Orange Boy dial...but in that beautifull blue then, not in black. Would have been a nice one!

Untill today I think the Hodinkee Orange Boy and the Siffert from Calibre 11 are both the nicest modern Autavia's. And again like Ara said...they need to extend their base collection of the Autavia line with 4 fixed, non limited models and then go from there with some LE's from time to time...

Best,
abel.
