You covered it well.

There are Swiss Army markings on the case backs
and the Patina on the old one is to die for in real , Its in stunning condition for its age.
I dont think I have (in the last 10 years) gotton an oldie and not redone the luminus on the hands and dials, This is just the way it was made. The photo does not show it , the blue hands are crisp and clean with no (NONE) bleedind of lum. moisture.
