Repairs to vintage Carerra

Hi everyone

I got a Carerra 45 Dato on ebay and stupidly believed the seller when he told me the watch had just got a "$600 service". Anyway the mechanism for advancing the hands connected to the crown is broken. It's slipping. It has gone back to Heuer in Switzerland and they say it can't be repaired because the part is "obsolete". Does anyone know of a repair person who specialises in vintage Carerra's who might carry these old Heuer parts?

would really appreciate your help

Paul
