Heuer Autavia 2446C GMT authenticity

Hello guys,

I have a question about this 2446C GMT with serial 145 XXX.

Crown is apparently bad, but what else? With this S/N it has to have these hands?
https://omegaforums.net/threads/1969-heuer-autavia-gmt-2446c-unpolished-mark-1-dial-on-gf-bracelet.38295/

Or is it completely wrong? Wrong pushers, wrong dial, etc...

Thanks in advance,
Cheers,
Karel
