Why are the Five New Monacos a "Write-Off"?

Maybe I missed something, but can you please explain why the five new Monacos, to be issued during the year 2019, are a "write-off"?

I know that there were leaked "spy shots" of the model representing the 1970s, but we still have four more to see.
