Question re: early Carrera dials

Am new here and just have a couple of related questions re: Heuer Carrera dial markings...

1) Do all Heuer Carreras without the T marking (so, Swiss only) have radium lume?
2) Were eggshell dials made with tritium as well as radium, or was the switch to tritium made at the same time as the change from eggshell to sunburst?

Thank you for any help; this is a great resource.
