Re: Carrera 1158 -- Had a Relatively Long Run; Multiple Batc

: The Reference 1158 Carrera (18 karat gold) had a relatively long
: production life, first seen with the 174xxx cases and being
: produced in several batches, ending in 394xxx.

: So we see them with the Calibre 11 movement and the Calibre 12
: movement.

: As Mark points out, if we have the serial number, we can probably
: determine which movement would have been in the watch when it
: left the factory.

Thanks for getting back to me much appreciated. The model I am looking at is the CHN with black date disc, the serial number starts with 174XXX, would that fit having a calibre 11 in then?

Thanks
