Hi Robert, you're right on both counts. We never know what is too far for Bamford, right ;-)?
But on the serious side, I agree that with these versions coming out from an officially sanctioned party such as Bamford, TH are letting their most iconic product name be diluted or even demeaned.
Yes not too many specimens will be seen around (the hefty price helps on this!), yes not many people will realize it's a TH Carrera because the name cannot be easily read on that busy dial (eh eh!), but yet...why mess with such a pure design?
Truth be told, I'd be less offended if these artsy versions were tried on the Autavia or the Monaco - but please leave the Carrera alone!
