Good morning to all, I am relatively new to the On the Dash/Chronocentric forums. I have been very active on omegaforum.net for years (different user name) and as you can imagine I have been primarily focused on Omega watches. Now, I am thinking of adding a few vintage Heuers to my collection.
I have had for years a Carrera 2447s and recently I acquired an Autavia 1163v lacking a bezel. My questions are this. What are the communities thoughts on after market bezel inserts?. Are there giveaway's that make fitting your watch with one a travesty?.
In the world of Omega watches you would not fit your watch with aftermarket products. I am hoping for a little guidance from the community. Also, please forgive my mistake in an earlier post on this forum (WTB post in discussion). The different format got the best of me.
