The description on eBay says that the watch is "probably recased". This might suggest that the dial, hands and movement are all authentic, meaning actual Heuer elements, and I am confident that this is not correct.
I don't see this watch as being worth 560 euro. I would see what your recourse is under eBay / PayPal / credit card issuer, etc.
