Sourcing a Cyma Cal. 234 Balance Wheel and Hairspring?

Yeah, I know, not Heuer, but I dropped by Cyma dirty dozen watch and it broke. My watchmaker tells me I need a balance wheel and hairspring, and I'm running into dead ends everywhere I turn, so if anybody knows where I can get them, it would be deeply appreciated.

Just trying to keep the old guy alive, after my clumsiness. Thanks.
