Thanks. I reached out to John at Obsolete Watch Parts, and he was able to scrounge up the parts needed, even they weren't cheap. But even better, I sent him pic of the problem parts and he saw that an oddity on the balance wheel could be easily fixed and explained how to do so.

As it turned out, I didn't need the parts and John's advice enabled my watchmaker to make a minor but critical fix. Great guy and incredibly helpful.
