I can't find any genuine Heuer parts on this one, so I would call it totally fake. Notice the silly collection of hands and needles. It is a one-off piece, likely made in South America.
We are seeing a lot of this genre / style from South America. Typical elements include:
Heuer and Leonidas on the dialbig, block-letters for "HEUER" on the movementoften either "17 Rubis" or "Chronographe" on the dial
I added several pieces to the Gallery of Fakes tonight. It's tough to keep pace with the guys selling these things.
