I am looking to purchase my first Omega and am confused by the difference between two Speedmaster watches. But first a general question. I see the Speedmaster is water resistant. What does that mean in terms of submerging it while swimming or whatever?
The 3513.30 and the 3523.30 look very similar except for about a $400 to $500 difference in price. One difference is the movement - the 3513 has the Omega 1155 caliber and Valjoux 7750 while the 3523 has Omega 1150 and Valjoux 7751. I have no clue as to the difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
