Hi, I'm assuming that you mean the watch it self when you refer to the "head." My bracelet has a little bit of play but I do mean little. You can hardly notice it when you wiggle it from side to side. It could just be a bad spring bar. Take it to your local authorized dealer and see if they will re-place it for you. It shouldn't cost you anything if the watch has a valid Omega Warranty. If that's not what "head" means then, did you take it to an authorized dealer when you had it sized? It sounds like one of the smaller bars were not put in correctly. If this is the case again, take it back to the dealer because the bar can make it's way out of the bracelet and cause it to come undone. I hope this helps, Damon
