Seamaster can reach at least 100mm of water resistance. But, periodically watcahes have to send back to the arthorized dealer for maintainance. So, my question is once the watch is open for maintainance how can the dealer guarantee this watch can achieve it's original standard of water resistance ? Since once the hatch is open, for sure the mositure and air will go inside. Do they have special equipments to ensure this ?? Or only depend upon the original water resistance facilities inside the watch ?
Maybe it's a stupid question, but it would be nice if some pro could en-lite me. Thanks.
