JEFF, THANKS FOR YOUR THEORIES. I'LL TRY WEARING THE SM FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
MY SUB IS A BEAUTIFUL WATCH BUT, LATELY, MY SM CHRONO HAS BEEN LOOKING MORE ATTRACTIVE AND I'VE BEEN WANTING TO WEAR IT MORE THAN THE SUB. ON MY COMPUTER, I'VE GOT THE SM THAT DZ SUPPLIED AS MY WALLPAPER...VERY NICE WATCH!!
THANKS AGAIN emm
: that if happens a week after you set it, the watch may be
: gradually winding down from only being worn every other
: day. If you wind it when you set it but not on the other
: days, that would seem to add credence to my guesswork, but
: there may very well be other explainations.
: My Seamonster runs about -5 to -6 seconds daily if I run the
: chrono a lot. It may also be that in addition to wearing it
: only every other day, you occasionally leave it sit on Sub
: day with the Chrono running.
: A third, composite theory is that Seamonsters in general tend
: to run a little slow and that their chrono function slows
: them down and draws on the reserves moreso that is the case
: with other 7750 based chronos. Why this would be, I have no
: theory.
: I'm curious to see if this happens if you wear the Seamonster
: every day for a week or so. Don't worry, the Sub won't get
: jealous!
: Jeff
