My new SMP's bezel also clicked when being pressed at around the 30 min position (at a VERY low volume!). As the bezel is a snap-on part of the watch, there's always danger that something isn't exactly in the place where it would belong after having assembled it. So I simply turned the bezel a few times with the watch being wet so that the water could work as some kind of lubrication. Since then - no more click, the bezel runs smooth as silk.
