I ran into the same problem when trying to verify a preowned watch's validity that I am looking to purchase.
I had corresponded with a very helpful customer service rep in recent weeks. I received her email when requesting a 2002 catalog (which I received very promptly incidentally). When I couldnt open the Forms A & B, I sent her the serial number in question and she responded with the watch's mfr date within 24hrs.
