I just got my Speedmaster Auto, day/date back from Omega USA for warranty service. I have sent it to them TWICE in the last 8 months to correct the same problem and i am convinced that both times they did not even touch my watch
The watch was running about 40 sec PER DAY fast, which is unnaceptable and I wanted a simple bracelet adjustment. I got nothing.
It has come back to me exactly the same as I sent it, both times, and I've wasted $45 on registered mail and not had the watch for a total of 3 months of the year I've owned it
Oh, and when they sent it back to me, they just left it on my front porch, No signature required. Hard to believe!
