common people - have a clue, when somethings not done right (if you are not satisfied in any way) - go thru the motions, do all the steps your suppossed to. SGUSA got things so fouled up that on their third strike - I made them send me a Brand New watch. whine all you want - but send the letters to the appropriate levels - dont go off half cocked and send a letter to Mr Hayek, start with Lancasters CS manager, nobody likes having people go over their head - especially when they arent apprised of the situation...
SGUSA has serious service issues, from the most basic of QC'g before something goes out the door and back to the customer, just looking at the dial of a black dialed watch and not noticing dust particulate is really lacking, I sent it back they paid for shipping to and fro.
It especially is cool when they really blow it and they send you a brand new watch...
you know - Rolex isn't any better. Whos got the best service of 'em all - guess______________
