It must be sloppy photo labelling. If you look closely at a mid size auto you will see that there is definitely no space for a marker. Unless Omega have sneakily changed the ETA movement for one with a smaller date dial, which is unlikely, then there just is no space for the marker.
A mid size quartz is a different issue...
