... that Omega are trying to reduce the flow of incoming vintage enquiries. The email form has been missing from the website for some months now. Frank N on the Omega Forum warned that John D was overburdened, but that Omega wouldn't get him any extra staff. So, if one doesn't really need information from their records, I think it is better not to trouble them.
