When is enough...enough

Two questions... (1) When should one stop screwing-in the crown and helium release valve on an auto seamaster pro�the "Bond" watch? I am worried that I may stress the metal and potentially damage the watch? I have just been using moderate fingertip pressure to tighten it. How is one to tell when to stop? And (2) does anyone have this watch and can talk to how susceptible the bracelet and clasp are to scratches? I am just curious if I am too rough on my watches or if this is typical. The face (e.g.: bezel and crystal) look fantastic. Just a bit curious about the bracelet. I have looked at my past watches and see similar "wear & tear" marks. This could probably apply to any Omega bracelet. Just curious if anyone can comment.
