Omega won't let you do that. The black and white versions of the watch use a different case and bracelet. The white version is an all brushed finish for a significantly different look from the black version, which uses a polished finish with brushed highlights.
Omega will not allow you to swap just the GMT dial, because the resulting watch would not match anything they sell as an official model.
