There's is a nice tool for removing bracelet pins made out of plastic and metal. It acts as kind of a vice holding on to the bracelet while the pin is pushed out. I think its between 10 and 15 dollars.
There is also a very nice doule ended tool for removing spring loaded pins from the end pieces or from clasps that contain them
