Same problem here but:
Some one told me that I am move to much! and the winding is always at full

Leave the watch until it stop.
then in the morning before you wear it adjust the time and just give 5 turn to get it startted.
the result..
first day -1
second day +1
third day still +1
and at night for the first time crown up loose -2
now it has been accurate between +1 or +2 during the day and at night -2 with cron up
maybe you should give it a try
