First time zone: Given by your regular hour and minute hand.

Second time zone: Given by setting your 24 hand to the time in whatever timezone you choose. Remember that 12 noon is shown by the 24 hour hand when it points to 6:00 on the dial. You must remember that reading the time in this time zone requires remembering this rule.

Third time zone: Given by setting the 24 hour bezel relative to the 24 hand. You read what the 24 hour hand points to on the BEZEL, not the dial.

For an example:
Suppose you live in the Eastern Time Zone (E.S.T.) of the USA and it is 12:00 noon. The regular hour and minute hand would read "12:00 noon".

Suppose you want to keep track of the fact that New Brunswick Canada (Atlantic Time, A.T.)is one hour LATER than E.S.T. Therefore, the 24 hour hand would be set between the 6:00 and 7:00 on the regular dial, representing 1:00 PM (A.T.) You must rememeber that you set the 24 hand to A.T.

Suppose also that you need to know the time in California. The Pacific Time Zone is 3 hours EARLIER than E.S.T. so move the BEZEL so that the 24 hour hand points at the "9" on the bezel.
