Very unlikely to be available new. This was a limited series released around 1999.
Though the only difference between this version and the regular one is in the use of some white backgrounds on the dial plus red markings and red second hand--instead of the regular one's all black dial background and use of yellow highlighted white markings and yellow second hand.
I don't expect it to have any real collector's value, so would likely sell for close to what the regular Dynamic Chronograph for used. That is unless it is sufficiently hard to find that you have to pay extra to convince someone to sell theirs to you.
