: anyone know where I can get the black SMP GMT
: dial, and how much? i'm sure i can order it
: directly from Omega, but was wondering if
: there are any cheaper places....
Beware, the finish on the white-dialed GMT is not the same as the Black. Whites are all satin finish, Blacks are like the other SMPs, part satin, part high-polish. The bezel is different too (B and W as opposed to all W). You would be making a sort of "Frankenstein" watch. Omega may not service such a watch if you were to send it to them. They probably require the watch to be sent in to buy a dial, and when they see you want a white dial on a black-dial GMT watch, they would just send you the watch back.
Don't deal with Tourneau. They are high-priced and don't know much about Omega. The sales person I spoke with last week at the Palm Beach store did not even know that Omega made a GMT.
Good Luck, MMC
