I have the stainless Seal Luminox and have liked it quite a bit--but this didn't stop me from buying a black dialed GMT. The two watches are quite different: chronometer v. quartz; 300m wr v. 200m; three time zones v. one; artisan appearance v. utilitarian design, etc.
Get the Luminox if you plan on doing Seal-like activities (swimming, halo diving, killing with your bare hands) and get the Omega if you want to feel a little flutter every time you pull up your sleeve.
