My wife has a 12 year old woman's Constellation quartz watch that she wore almost daily. Recently the stainless/gold bracelet broke where the bracelet attaches to the case. I sent it to Omega factory repair in PA and they quoted me $750 to repair it! That's probably more than the retail value of the watch. I assume they wanted to replace the case, even though the attachment points are intact. I have also read that the PA Omega factory repair customer service is less than wonderful. Can anyone advise another source for repairs (besides the factory in Switzerland)?
Thanks!
Frank
