Then you have nothing to worry about. Your watch was bought used from a used watch dealer of good reputation. I believe Bernard usually offers a 1 year warranty through them on the watches they sell.

No. In fact most still have the serial numbers. Especially since Ashford.com was hit with a class-action suit over the issue, more gray market dealers are leaving the serial numbers intact.

If you do not have an official Omega Warranty card stamped by an authorized dealer, then you have no international factory warranty. THIS IS ONLY IMPORTANT IF THE WATCH IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD! Otherwise, the watch is out of factory warranty anyway -- so it would make no difference.
: Can a watch have serial numbers and still be gray market?
Yes. But the gray market issue only affects warranty coverage. It by no means means the watch is a factory second or anything like that.

Only if the watch is less than one year old and you want them to cover the repair under the factory warranty. Otherwise, as long as your watch has its serial number intact and you are paying for the repair, Omega is happy to service your watch for you.
: How can I determine the age of the watch?
Send the serial number to info@omega.ch and ask them to tell you the manufacturing date. This does NOT tell you when the watch was first sold or when the original one-year warranty would have expired. It only tells you when the watch left the factory.
Several people who bought their watches new have checked this and have reported the info to me. Most were from 10 days to 3 months old when bought from an authorized dealer.
