While I don't know the specifics of that movement, most movements have a release tab, lever or indentation that when pressed or moved, the whole crown assembly pulls out of the watch.
If your new crown doesn not have a stem, uncrew the one from the old crown and then simply plug it back it. You might need to relock the crown release if it is the lever type.
