It varies, but is around 6-10 weeks of normal wear. But it is GOOD that your watch runs a little fast. As it breaks in it will tend to slow down slightly. So may end up just right!Mine did.

Doesn't happen easily at all. I've had mine 4 1/2 years and have not had it happen to me.
