: I don't want to stir any feathers, but I have
: found a method which achieves the greatest
: overall accuracy over a period of a month.
: It might gain or lose a little when looking
: at daily accuracy, but over a month it can
: be pretty accurate. Sometimes less than 10
: seconds off. If that. It works very well
: with my Omega SMP and my wife's Rolex. Here
: is what we do. We place the watches on our
: wrists for sleeping. I know it sounds almost
: unbelievable, but it is true. These watches
: can amazingly be worn while sleeping. I know
: it is hard to comprehend how a watch can be
: worn while sleeping, but it can be done.
: Joking aside, it seems to equal things out
: as far as positions. One has to accept that
: these watches are made to be worn at all
: times. Nothing else. And they work best when
: used in that manner.
you are fortunate enough to be able to wear your SMP 24 hrs and have variations cancelled and achieve "accurate" timekeeping. Others are not so fortunate and have to find specific night time positions for their watch to cancel variations.
