Hi Ishrar......if your watch will take the fatter 1.8mm pins i'd definitely use them! They'll make any metal bracelet fit better and with less play. I'd also go with the double shoulder over the double flange because the part that goes into the actual holes seems longer in the photo's. (though i haven't tried these Stainless Steel ones myself YET...... the same seems to be true with generic versions also). The holes on my Constellations have really deep holes, and i want to use it all!

About the only thing to be said for the double flange is it's easier to remove with a small screwdriver because the notch allows you to puch the pin back. I'm currently getting by with a thinner SS pin set on my main watch that has the double flange....and on my Connie the double flange part is well buried into the hole!

I suspect that were i to get the 1.8mm versions, the double flange would work as designed and not get totally buried in the holes (remember my Connies have really deep holes!) But the working part still seems shorter than on double shoulder types. So when i order them for my watches....i'm going with the 1.8mm double shoulder. They aren't quite as easy to remove, but not that hard either. The extra security of a deaper reach into the holes seems worth the little extra trouble in removing them when i want to clean my bands.
