My research on the forum did not bear the fruits I expected, thus my question.
If I buy a SMP in the USA and have it shipped home (Canada), what will the customs do? I guess they have to control the goods that are crossing the borders, but do they have to put a tax on some? I thought that if the retailer does not have any shop around here, there is no sales tax on the watch. What can be expected from the customs? How much do I have to pay in addition to the cost of the watch and its shipping/insurance?
If any of you have had the experience, I would be very grateful if you could share it.
