Does any one has ever use RENATA batteries. Could this be a factor? Maybe the caliber in the watch was designed with an specific battery model from Renata, but since isn't possible to get the same part we are force to use the equivalent. (Duracell, Eveready, etc)

I know the swatch group own this company as well, thus OMEGA must use this brand.

I’m very :) that the battery has lasted all this time !
