: Does the sanding bar take the scuffs out from

No, the sanding bar will RUIN the polished finish on the shiny parts. The sanding bar should be used ONLY on the brushed parts of the SMP's finish. And then only mosve it in the same direction of the existing finish.
If you are not extremely clear on this, don't even think of trying to polish or touch up the watch yourself. You can easily ruin your watch by not doing this exactly right.
