...the watch is going to be lighter for a number of reasons. The case on the SMP is thicker, more solid, has a sapphire crystal and a much heavier bracelet.
Actually, when I got my Speedy Reduced, I was somewhat disappointed with the bracelet when I compared it to my SeMP. I immediately changed the bracelet to a honey colored crocodile strap with a deployant buckle. IMHO, it greatly improved the appearance of the watch and my Speedy Reduced is my daily wearer.
