I too have the same problem. My 2531.80 is 2 seconds slow... but after 3 months now, it's still 2 seconds slow. But I've gotten over the fact that it's slow. I just remind myself now that it's about 2 minutes behind.
I suspect, that if my watch had been faster by 2 seconds and not slower, I would still be concerned... at least in the beginning.
