I directly asked for the equivalent renata and was vague when asking "or what battery would you recommend". I assumed there are many knowledgeable omega fans here and they would recognize the wrong battery and would comment as such.
The fact is, I doubt omega would install an eveready battery and so I realized I could not be sure the used watch I purchased has the correct size. I quess I still don't know for sure if it is correct or not. I can't find any info anywhere on the net and believed I could find help here.
Thanks for the replies and I apologize for not being clear with my questions.
