Just wanted to tell you guys that if you wear the watch everyday, fine. If you do not wear it everyday then just LET IT RUN DOWN! Do not wind it everyday if you do not wear it. My watchmaker friend has told me that you can wear out the winding mechanism if you constantly handwind an automatic. So wind it only when you are going to wear it or let it wind down. Your watch will thank you for doing this!
