: To open the crown, simply turn the crown

It's almost time to come off of DST and "fall back". Can I turn my Seamaster auto back an hour at midday? I know I'm supposed to move forward, but that would involve going 23 hours and resetting the date through 30 clicks. Wow.

As a related question, today, I had to advance the date. Before I figured out that I needed to turn it anti-clockwise, and before I read the preceding post, I turned it clockwise. Does this harm anything?
